Testing is one of the most important stages in the creation of any product, whether it be a program, system, website, database or software and hardware complex (appliance).
The smooth operation of the tested component, as well as the satisfaction of its users, largely depends on the thoroughness of this stage.
The more complex and voluminous the product, the greater the complexity of testing. This process requires the use of qualified testers who are capable of doing their job thoroughly.
The thoroughness of testing is especially important when checking the performance of software and hardware systems (appliance), where the use of patches or updates to fix errors is difficult or impossible.

Functional testing

Testing of hardware and software systems
Through our partner, LionBridge, and by order of Philips, our specialists have repeatedly taken part in testing Russian versions of Neusoft medical equipment in China at the manufacturing plant.
Through our partner, LionBridge, and by order of Hewlett-Packard, our specialists took part in testing Russian versions of printers with software localized by us.
We also carried out testing of certain models of Mototola phones with software localized by us.
Database testing
Our specialists took an active part in testing the software localization databases of the following software products and websites: Novell NetWare, Novell GroupWise, 3Com, as well as integrated security systems from Honeywell.

Automated testing
Here is a sample description of the work of an automated testing expert. First of all, he selects the test cases or application features that need to be tested. Usually, for auto-tests, functions that are critical for the operation of the software are chosen, for example, processing payments, saving user data. Auto-testing is suitable when tests are repeated many times or when large amounts of data must be used to test the function of an application.
The tester then selects the tools, plans and implements the test design. At this stage, the specialist prepares data for tests, sets up tools, and sets the testing schedule. Tests are run, test results are automatically recorded. The specialist analyzes the received data and sends the information to the developers.
